My family and I have used Leo’s services for several years, and have all found him to be consistently professional, well-informed as to what alternatives are available, and extremely patient. He is, I am pleased to say, quite unlike the advisors portrayed in the TV commercials for financial services; that is to say that, although he is friendly and supportive, he is not the stereotypical ‘hail-fellow-well-met’, chummy financial services salesperson –– the kind of professional that, through experience, I have learnt to distrust. He is very thorough in making sure that, by the time he puts a case to a mortgage company, it is exactly what the client needs and wants, and he has dotted all the ‘i’s and crossed all the ‘t’s with the client, so that the application will go through without any hitches.
